The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), type commercial purchase order. This requirement will utilize low price only in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Bavaria (Hohenfels Main Post Chapel), Germany. The solicitation MUST BE EMAILED TO THE BUYER. OFFERORS WISHING TO SUBMIT AN OFFER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE RFQ from beta.SAM and to frequently monitor beta.SAM for any amendments.
