409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) intends to issue a solicitation for a single award Hybrid Requirements Type Contract including ... 409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) intends to issue a solicitation for a single award Hybrid Requirements Type Contract including FFP, LH and T&M portions. The requirement will include the Maintenance, inspection and repair work on fire extinguishing and sprinkler systems at USAG Bavaria. This is a non-personal services contract to provide Base Operation and Support Services for the U.S. Army Garrison Bavaria at Grafenwoehr-Tower Barracks (TB), Vilseck-Rose Barracks (RB), Hohenfels (HOH) and Garmisch-Partenkirchen (GAP). The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary as defined in the PWS. The contract will be for a duration of one basic year including two option years. The estimated quantities which may be ordered against the resulting contract may vary in practice, and are not guaranteed quantities/amounts. Please note, there are no attachments with this PRESOLICITATION notice. The actual solicitation will be issued separately along with all attachments and detailed instructions at a later date.
