Site Visit Invitation - 27 May 2021, 11.00 hrs This is a non-personal services contract to provide Custodial Services at USAG Ansbach (Katterbach Heliport Kaserne, Bismarck Kaserne, Shipton Kaserne and Urlas Area, Barton Barracks, Bleidorn Kaserne, Illesheim Kaserne and Oberdachstetten Franken Kaserne). The Contractor shall perform all work and assume responsibility for planning, programming, administering, managing, and executing all functions necessary to provide the services specified in the attached PWS. The Contractor shall conduct work in accordance with this PWS and all applicable United States (U.S.), German, and local laws, regulations, standards, provisions, and directives to include applicable publications.

The Regional Contracting Office - Bavaria intends to issue a solicitation for custodial services - USAG Ansbach. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. The Government anticipates posting the solicitation to the beta.sam.gov website in March-April 2021. All amendments to the solicitation will be posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing lists will not be compiled and the RFP and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM at www.sam.gov) to be eligible for contract award. Faxed offers or amendments will not be accepted. All dates are subject to change without notice. This pre-solicitation notice is for a non-personal services contract to provide Custodial Services at Katterbach Heliport Kaserne, Bismarck Kaserne, Shipton Kaserne and Urlas Area, Barton Barracks, Bleidorn Kaserne, Illesheim Kaserne and Oberdachstetten Franken Kaserne, USAG Ansbach. The Contractor shall perform all work and assume responsibility for planning, programming, administering, managing, and executing all functions necessary to provide custodial services as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall respond to changes in current operations and troop strength. The Contractor shall perform all related administrative actions required to provide services or perform work such as material requisitioning, quality control (QC), financial control, meetings, and correspondence. The Contractor shall also maintain accurate and complete records, files, and libraries of documents to include all U.S. German, and local regulations, standards, provisions, codes, laws, technical manuals, and manufacturers’ instructions and recommendations that are necessary and related to the functions being performed. The Contractor shall compile historical data, prepare required reports, and submit information as specified by the Deliverable List presented in the PWS. The description of services shall be further defined in subsequent, individual task orders. The PWS and all associated doucmenation will be provided when the soliciation is posted to the beta.sam.gov website. This posting is strictly a pre-solicitation notice.
