RCO Bavaria hereby issues the following Solicitation W912PB21Q3000 to award a Single, Commercial, Requirements type contract for the Maintenance and Repair of Fire Fighting Vehicles and associated superstructure Germany wide. The Government shall not exercise supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the U.S. Government. The contract is for maintenance and repair services of the U.S. Government owned Fire Fighting Vehicles and associated superstructure manufactured but not limited to Mercedes Benz, Scania, Panther, MAN, IHC, Faun, E-One, and HME with assoicated superstrucure (i.e. Ziegler, Rosenbauer, Meiler, Cyclone, and Hensel) as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The estimated quantities which may be ordered against the resulting contract may vary in practice, and are not guaranteed quantities/amounts.
