This is a service request contract to provide Fire Alarm Maintenance Services to USAEUR soldiers for USAG Ansbach. This is an unrestricted requirement utilizing the commercial item procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), type commercial purchase order. This requirement will utilize lowest priced technically acceptable evaluation in determining the successful offer. In addition, all purchase requirements detailed in the solicitation will be taken into consideration. Lastly, a local area set aside will be required- submissions must come from companies located or subcontracted in the European Union. The FOB will be destination Ansbach, Germany. The solicitation will close on 12/18/2020. Please ensure that both the original solicitation and attached amendments are both returned with any submission.
