This requirement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis using the commercial item procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed (FFP) commercial purchase order. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Bavaria Germany. Offer due date is 28 September 2020 at 10:00 AM Central European Summer Time (CEST). The solicitation MUST BE EMAILED TO THE BUYER.
