This requirement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis using the commercial item procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), requirements type contract. This requirement will utilize low price techhnically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. In addition, all purchase requirements detailed in the solicitation will be taken into consideration. Lastly, a local area set aside will be required- submissions must come from companies located in the European Union or sub-contracted in the European Union. The FOB will be DESTINATION Ansbach, Germany. The solicitation will close on 12/24/2020. Please ensure that both the original solicitation and attached amendment are both returned with any submission. The RFQ will be posted and be available for download at https://beta.sam.gov/. The solicitation MUST BE EMAILED TO THE BUYER. OFFERORS WISHING TO SUBMIT AN OFFER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE RFQ from FBO and to frequently monitor Beta.Sam for any amendments.
