The U.S. Army Contracting Command 409th CSB/RCO Bavaria intends to issue a solicitation for the services of the Operations, Sustainment, and Maintenance of a Washrack System. The washrack is highly mechanized and equipped with a high tech sludge treatment facility, drainage systems, and state of the art high pressure spray stands Washrack (WR880) which is located within USAG Bavaria Hohenfels, Germany. A single Award to the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. This contract is for one (1) Base Year plus two (2) Option Years for a possible total of 3 years. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
