RCO Bavaria issue a solicitation for the procurement of the Maintenance and Repair of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV) attachments and associated trailers, within the United States Army Garrison (USAG) Wiesbaden. This requirement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis using the commercial item procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13. The resultant contract will be a Time and Material contract that includes Time and Materials (T&M) and Labor Hours (LH) type commercial purchase order. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Wiesbaden Germany. Offer due date is 17 September 2020 at 10:00 AM. The solicitation MUST BE EMAILED OR FAXED TO THE BUYER. OFFERORS WISHING TO SUBMIT AN OFFER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE RFQ from beta.SAM and to frequently monitor beta.SAM for any amendments. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR THE RFQ PACKAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. RCO Bavaria intends to issue a solicitation to award a commercial, single award, Time&Material, Requirements Type contract for USAG Wiesbaden for maintenance and repair services of Government owned Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV), attachments and associated trailers. The Government shall not exercise supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The estimated quantities which may be ordered against the resulting contract may vary in practice, and are not guaranteed quantities/amounts.
