(27 MAY 2020) The U.S. Army Contracting Command 409th CSB/RCO Bavaria is issuing a solicitation for the procurement of 4WD Cab Tractor Wheeled Agriculture, to be used within USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr Germany. The NAICS code for this requirement is 333924 Industrial Truck, Tractor, Trailer, and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing. This requirement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis using the commercial item procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13. The resultant contract will be a Single Award firm fixed price (FFP), lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Bavaria Germany. The actual posting date for the solicitation will be 04/22/2020. The RFQ will be posted and be available for download at https://www.beta.sam.gov The solicitation MUST BE EMAILED TO THE BUYER. OFFERORS WISHING TO SUBMIT AN OFFER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE RFQ from beta.sam.gov and to frequently monitor beta.sam.gov for any amendments.
