The 409th Contracting Command intends to award a contract for the Maintenance, Repair and Safety Inspection of Crane Systems, within the USAG Bavaria area (Grafenwoehr, Vilseck, and Hohenfels). This requirement is solicited on an unrestricted basis using the commercial items procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13. The resultant contract will be a hybrid contract that includes firm fixed price (FFP), Time and Materials (T&M), and Labor Hours (LH) type commercial purchase order. The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Bavaria Germany.
