This is a Sources Sought Notice only. The U.S. Government intends to procure Logistic Support Services performed throughout United States Army Garrison Bavaria to include Grafenwöhr Training Area, Hohenfels Training Area, and Ansbach Training Area for training and other operations. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this Sources Sought Notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. The Government will not return submittals to the responder. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ or IFB or RFP, if the Government issues one. If the Government releases a solicitation, the Government will synopsize it on the Government-wide Point of Entry. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the Government wide Point of Entry for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The anticipated NAICS code is 531210 Facilities Support Services. Attached is the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for this requirement, the Draft PWS is subject to change. In response to this Sources Sought Notice, please provide the following: 1. Name of the firm, point of contact, phone number, email address, DUNS number and CAGE code as listed in the System for Award Management and the corresponding NAICS code. 2. Identify subcontracting, joint ventures or teaming arrangement that will be pursued, if any. 3. Information in sufficient detail regarding previous experience (indicate whether as a prime contractor or subcontractor) on similar requirements (include size, scope, complexity, timeframe, government or commercial), pertinent certifications, etc., that will facilitate making a capability determination. 4. Describe your firm's ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects throughout the geographic area covered in the requirement. Include the maximum number of contracts/task orders your firm has managed simultaneously. Also, describe your approach and capabilities to perform emergency repairs. Please limit your response to five pages or less. Interested responders may submit comments, questions and recommendations; however, the Government will not post responses or answers to submitted comments, questions, or recommendations. In addition, telephone calls will not be accepted regarding this posting. Interested vendors shall submit responses no later than 4:00 PM Central European Time (CET) on 4 October 2019 via email to John McGuire at john.e.mcguire14.civ@mail.mil.
