The project includes replacing exit the gate at building 330, USAG Bavaria, Grafenwöhr Military Community, Rose Barracks. Dismantle 2-wing fence gate; demolish asphalt surface in the mounting area; create steel concrete foundations for the new sliding gate; Install a motor operating sliding gate made of steel profiles; create a new asphalt access road; create electrical connections. 2. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. The magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. 3. The performance period is 270 calendar days, whereby a commencement time of 20 calendar days is included. 4. The solicitation will be issued on this website on 12 August 2019 with an anticipated closing date of approximately 03 September 2019. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon parties to review this website frequently for any updates/amendments. 5. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by the RCO Bavaria. 6. Work will be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany). 7. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12).
