The project includes the installation of an air conditioning system at the third floor of Building # 433. The offices will be equipped with an air conditioning system allowing for simultaneous heating and cooling. The server room will receive a Single-Split cooling system. 2. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. The magnitude of the project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 3. The performance period is 150 calendar days, whereby a commencement time of 30 calendar days is included. 4. The solicitation will be issued on this website on or about 16 April 2019 with an anticipated closing date of approximately 22 May 2019. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon parties to review this website frequently for any updates/amendments. 5. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by the RCO Bavaria. 6. Work will be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany). 7. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12)
