NAVWAR Electronic Attack Trainer (NEAT) Description: Handheld, semi-ruggedized, battery operated and rechargeable, GPS training aid that can selectively and simultaneously transmit on L1 and L2 GPS bands. Minimum battery life is 6 hours. System must be water resistant and capable of operating in summer (40C) and winter conditions (-35C) conditions. Output power must be scalable from 1mW to 10w on both L1 and L2 bands. Trainer must be capable of transmitting a narrow band signal, wide band signal, continuous wave (CW), and chirp signals at a minimum. This trainer will be used to train Soldiers and systems in a live GPS denied environment.
