United States Army Garrison - Ansbach in Germany requires 852 roller blinds for windows to include installation in a total of 17 buildings. Length and width dimensions of the shades/blinds vary between 1.00 and 2.45 meters. More detailed dimensions will be provided with the forthcoming request for written quotation (amendment to this notice). All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. See attached SF1449 Request for Quotations (RFQ). In addition to filling out pricing for the CLIN(s), quoters are responsible for reading the entire RFQ and complying with all requirements therein (take note of red/bold text especially, such as Submittal Requirements on page 53). As the Government reserves the right to award without discussions, any quotation that does not meet all requirements may be rejected. No site visit will be possible for potential quoters during the solicitation period. Quoted prices must be based on the estimated blinds dimensions and work contained in the requirement specifications. Once the contract is awarded, the winning quoter will be able to confirm dimensions of blinds by inspecting the work site(s) in coordination with the customer.
