The purpose of the admendment is to notify potential vendors of a requirement change in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and to extend the question and answer and the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation closing. All changes are highlighted in yellow on both the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Admendment 02 and the PWS. The Synopsis/Solicitation Admendment 02 shall be used by the vendor to submit thier quote, all other dates and time remain unchanged.
