The US Army is interested in establishing a blanket purchase agreement for many countries throughout Europe. If you are interested in becoming a part of this agreement, please see the attached forms here on FBO, complete them per the instructions, and submit them back to me no later than 1700 on 04 April 2019 (Central European Time). Please know that completing these forms does not obligate you nor the US Army in any sort of contract. If you participate in this BPA, each individual BPA call will still be competed.
