The Army is seeking market information and qualified vendors for a German-wide Between Occupancy Maintenance Multiple Award Task Order Contract supporting IMCOM-E Housing requirements. The effort would combine both commercial and non-commercial construction and cleaning services under a competitively procured contract. The Government will evaluate market capacity to provide an integrated mix of janitorial/cleaning and construction/maintenance services consistently, simultaneously, and sequentially at the required scope and scale.
