This project provides Laboratory services at USAG Bavaria (Tower Barracks, Rose Barracks, Grafenwoehr Training Area (GTA), Hohenfels including Local Training Area Amberg (LTA) at Freihoels, and Garmisch) in accordance with Installation Management Command Europe (IMCOM-E) Environmental Funding Guidance. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. OFFERORS WISHING TO SUBMIT AN OFFER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE RFQ from SAM.gov and to frequently monitor SAM.gov for any amendments.
