This posting is strictly a pre-solicitation notice. The Regional Contracting Office - Bavaria intends to issue a solicitation for Recurring Maintenance and Repair of US Government owned Shop Support Equipment at Kaiserslautern, Wiesbaden, and Baumholder. A hybrid Requirements Type Contract will be awarded with Firm Fixed Price, Labor Hour, and Time and Material CLINs. This requirement will utilize a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process in determining the successful offer. The Government anticipates posting the solicitation to SAM.gov website in May 2024. All amendments to the solicitation will be posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing lists will not be compiled and the RPA and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM at www.sam.gov) to be eligible for contract award. Faxed offers or amendments will not be accepted. All dates are subject to change without notice. This pre-solicitation is a non-personal services contract to provide maintenance and support services to the shop support equipment for the U.S. Army at Kaiserslautern, Wiesbaden and Baumholder, in the Federal republic of Germany, State of Rhineland-Pfalz. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The PWS and all associated documentation will be provided when the solicitation is posted to the sam.gov website. This posting is strictly a pre-solicitation notice.
