This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr, Germany. The delivery expected date is 30 SEP 2024. The RFQ will be posted and be available for download at https://sam.gov. The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation under full and open competition within the next 60 (sixty) days, but Government reserves the right to delay or cancel the solicitation at any time prior to award. Please note, there are no attachments with this PRESOLICITATION notice. The actual solicitation will be posted separately along with all attachments and detailed instructions at a later date.
