The project includes but is not limited to the purchase of kitchen equipment, removal of the old kitchen equipment that will be stored onsite, and installation of new equipment to be made fully operational in accordance with the description in Attachments 1-3. Equipment must be CE-Certified. Location is Rittershalle, Grafenwoehr, APO AE 09114, Bldg. 101. 2. A Site Visit is strongly recommended by all interested vendors. The site visit shall occur on 14 July 2023 at 1030. Prospective Offerors are requested to provide via email the names of personnel who will be attending, the companies they are from, license plate number, e-mail and phone number. Work will be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany). 4. The solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract. The magnitude of the project is between $500,000 and $750,000. 5. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the 928th CBN/RCO Bavaria. 6. The amendment 0001 to the solicitation W912PB23R3026 is issued today with a closing date of 01 Sep 2023. Paper copies will not be available.
