(See site visit address below) The PSC Code for this requirement is 7105, the NAICS code for this requirement is 337122 Nonupholstered Wood Household Furniture Manufacturing. The items under this requirement are subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. The contractor shall provide certification of Berry Amendment Compliant mattresses when the overall value of the mattresses is $250,000.00 or greater. If the overall value is less than $250,000.00 the contractor shall provide the value of the mattresses on company letterhead certifying the amount. This requirement will be solicited using commercial item procedures in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The resultant contract will be a Single Award Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION to Poznan, Poland.
