UPDATE 3: Amendment 0003 as of 24-March-2021 This Amendment is to officially notify you of Amendment 03 to Solicitation W912PB-21-Q-4022 for Field Logistics Services in BIH. The solicitation closing date and time has changed FROM: 25 March 2021 at 11:00 AM TO: 27 March 2021 at 2300 Central European Time All other solicitation terms and conditions remain unchanged. Due to an error in our contracting writing system a SF30 will not be provided. UPDATE 2: AMENDMENT 0002 as of 23-March-2021 See attched updated PWS and SF1449 Amendment 0002 for changes to the Solicitaion. The PWS was updated to add deliverables and clarify the water source. The SF 1449 was updated to match the addenda to clause 52.212-1 All other Solicitation Information remains unchanged. UPDATE 1: AMENDMENT 0001 as of 19-March-2021 See attched updated PWS and SF1449 Amendment 0001 for changes to the Solicitaion. All other Solicitation Information remains unchanged. ORIGINAL POST: The required services of the PWS shall be at Full Operational Capacity (FOC) before the Period of Performance (POP) start date. The contractor shall provide estimated FOC dates with the submittal of the quote in order to conduct a Quality Assurance Check with the COR and/or Contracting Team. Please ensure the following are submitted with your quote and this can be found on page 53 on the Solicitation: 1. An authorized official shall complete the SF1449 in blocks 12, 17a, 30a, 30b, and 30c. 2. Offerors shall complete FAR 52.212-3 ALT I Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. With the exception of paragraphs (b) and (v), completion of the provision is not required if the offeror has active SAM registration. Offerors with an active SAM registration shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) website. 3.Complying with Section 889 Requirement: The offeror shall complete FAR provision 52.204-24 Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment whenever required. The offeror shall complete FAR provision 52.204-26 Covered Telecommunications Equipment or Services whenever required. The offeror shall complete DFARS clause 252.204-7017 Prohibition on the Acquisition of Covered Defense Telecommunications Equipment or Services – Representation. 4. The offeror shall complete FAR clause 52.209-7 Information regarding Responsibility Matters whenever required. 5. The offeror should complete DFARS clause 252.229-7001 Tax Relief whenever required. 6. Acknowledgment of all Amendments to the solicitation (if any amendments are issued). 7.
