The Contractor shall provide non-personal services on a per-call or scheduled basis for Fire Alarm Systems located within the USAG Ansbach garrison footprint located in Bavaria Germany. The facility space consists of 7.4 million square feet (687,482 square meters). This requirement is designed to ensure that the fire systems equipment (fixed or freestanding) is maintained or repaired in accordance with established commercial and performance standards and fire standards and codes as specified herein. The equipment maintenance and repair may include, but not limited to, Fire Alarm Detection systems, Fire Extinguishing Systems and any associated equipment required to provide a fully functional system. The contractor shall comply with existing applicable laws and regulations e.g. DIN (Deutsches Institut fuer Normung), VDE (Verband der Elektrotechnik Elektronik Informationstechnik), VDMA (Verband deutscher Maschinen und Anlagenbau), Environmental laws, etc. and accepted commercial standards and practices.
