RCO Bavaria intends to issue a solicitation to award a single, commercial, Time and Materials (T&M) Requirements type contract for the Maintenance and Repair of Fire Fighting Vehicles and associated superstructure Germany wide. The Government shall not exercise supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The contract is for maintenance and repair services of U.S. Government owned Fire Fighting Vehicles and associated superstructure manufactured but not limited to Mercedes Benz, Scania, Panther, MAN, IHC, Faun, E-One and HME with associated superstructure (i.e. Ziegler, Rosenbauer, Meiler, Cyclone and Hensel as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The estimated quantities which may be ordered against the resulting contract may vary in practice, and are not guaranteed quantities/amounts.
