Posting of amendment 0001 and Questions & Answers sheet # 2 - 8 January 2021 Posting of Questions & Answers sheet # 1 - 8 January 2021 Posting of solicitation W912PA-21-Q-0004 with Attachment 1 PWS and Attachment 2 Price Book. Due date for submission of offers is 22 January 2021 - 1400 hrs LOCAL TIME. Site visit has been scheduled for 11 January 2021 - 1000 hrs at APS Zutendaal - see RFQ instructions. The 409th CSB, Regional Contracting Office Benelux is conducting an acquisition for HVAC and Electrical Repair and Maintenance Services at Zutendaal, Belgium. The supported requirement is for the United States Army Garrison (USAG) Benelux for the Army Preposition Stock (APS) Site at Zutendaal, Belgium. USAG Benelux is seeking a contractor to provide scheduled HVAC and Electrical preventative maintenance and repairs on Zutendaal APS site facilities, systems, and equipment on a recurring basis. In addition, the contractor shall perform unscheduled on-call HVAC and Electrical maintenance and repairs, to include purchasing and replacing equipment & systems parts as necessary. The contractor shall complete the inventory, and perform the labeling of all components, devices, and equipment related to electrical equipments and heating, ventilation and air conditioning The anticipated solicitation release date is on or about 16 December 2020 with an anticipated contract award date on or about 28 February 2021. Only contractors who are registered and have an active account in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of the offer may be awarded a contract as a result of the solicitation. Payment for this acquisition will be made through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. Contractors shall be registered in WAWF. Because this requirement is located OCONUS, FAR Part 19 does not apply, therefore this requirement will not be set aside for small business.
