Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The contractor must supply and deliver eight specific recessed shell bitts for installation on a cargo barge to improve dock line handling. The work involves installing these bitts into the barge's side-shell so dock personnel can safely reach the attachment points. Pre-approved structural analysis and fitment drawings for the specified bitt model have already been completed by the USACE Marine Design Center.
