USACE St. Louis District Mark Twain Project W912P9 Forrest Stand Improvement
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers seeks a contractor to perform non-personal services for hack and squirt, chainsaw felling and girdling, and invasive basal bark application at four locations around Mark Twain Lake in Ralls and Monroe County, Missouri. The contractor must supply all personnel, equipment, materials, and supervision, with mobilization included in the bid price. Performance windows are specified: hack and squirt/girdling from Aug 15 to Nov 1, 2026; chainsaw felling and girdling from Nov 30, 2026 to Mar 14, 2027; and basal bark application from Sep 10 to Nov 1, 2026.
