USACE St. Louis District Mark Twain Project W912P9 Forrest Stand Improvement
The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and services needed for hack and squirt, chainsaw felling/girdling, and invasive basal bark application at four locations around Mark Twain Lake in Ralls and Monroe County, Missouri. Mobilization to project lands must be included in the bid price with no separate payment. Performance windows are August 15–November 1, 2026, for hack and squirt/girdling; November 30, 2026–March 14, 2027, for chainsaw felling/girdling; and September 10–November 1, 2026, for basal bark application. Performance will be evaluated by the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer’s Representative based on the Service Delivery Summary, land stewardship personnel, and customer satisfaction, which determines contract success. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, local laws, and normal industry standards.
