Sources Sought Notice to identify potential System for Award Management (SAM) Database registered businesses that are interested and capable of performing construction work on the MESD levee system which includes 34 t-type (subsurface discharge) relief wells, reinforced concrete manholes and associated lateral and common collector system piping, temporary designed braced steel shoring systems, dewatering of excavations, jack and bore trenchless pipe installation, construction ofaccess roads, close coordination with railroads, fill of low elevation areas, and creation of detention ponds.
