The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-04.The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561730, with a small business size standard of $9,500,000.The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Lake Shelbyville Project Office, 1989 State Hwy 16, Shelbyville, IL, is seeking contractors to provide grounds maintenance services throughout the project area at Lake Shelbyville. Grounds maintenance includes, but not limited to; mowing, trimming; and vegetative control (herbicide application) in or around riprapped areas, wastewater treatment lagoons, unmowable areas, guard rails, fences, sidewalks, beaches, parking lots, and roadways; grass seeding, fertilizing, bed maintenance, sand maintenance, aeration, mulch, turf establishment, containerized tree plantings, miscellaneous grounds maintenance items and renovation in accordance with the specifications contained herein.
