The Contractor shall provide one (1) IRATA/SPRAT certified Level III Rope Access Supervisor to perform the following duties: develop an effective rigging and safety plan, supply all necessary rescue equipment and rope access equipment, conduct required rigging, perform safety supervision, and provide potential rescue services for three (3) U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) structural engineers from the St. Louis District that will utilize rope access for the structural inspection. Please see attachment for full details of requirement, significant dates, and submission requirements. Amendment 0001 is to provide Government answers to questions. All other Terms and Conditions will remain unchanged.
