This is not a solicitation. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to negotiate a sole source modification to a contract with Massman Construction Co, 4400 W 109th St. Suite 300, Overland Park, KS 66211-1319, for the emergency replacement of a downstream guide cell at Lock and Dam 25 in Winfield, MO. The contractor will provide materials and labor to reconstruct a failed guide cell. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities SAM.gov. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302-2 Unusual and compelling urgency.
