The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Louis District, is seeking businesses that are interested in and capable of performing facilities construction, maintenance, and repair at the Carlyle Lake Project located within Clinton County, Illinois and the Kaskaskia River Project located within Randolph County, Illinois. The Carlyle Lake and Kaskaskia River Project consists of numerous recreation, flood risk management, and environmental stewardship grounds, facilities, assets, and infrastructure. The contract is anticipated to be a Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Construction Contract.
