The Mark Twain Lake Project consists of numerous recreation, flood risk management, and environmental stewardship grounds, facilities, assets, and infrastructure. The contract is anticipated to be a Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Construction Contract. NAICS CODE: 237990 (Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract 5 Year Contract Duration with Ordering Periods, Issuance of Task Orders on as needed basis. Cumulative Maximum Capacity: $10M - $15M PROJECT DESCRIPTION This is an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) construction contract. The work covered by this contract consist of furnishing all equipment, labor, operators, supervision/site superintendent, quality control, supplies, materials, and incidentals necessary to satisfactorily perform and provide rehabilitation, repair, construction, and maintenance functions at the Mark Twain Lake Project. Required work includes but is not limited to earthwork operations, borrow operations, care of water, turfing, various stone surfacing/placement, concrete work, waste disposal, boring operations, procurement and installations of structures, and rehabilitation, repair, and maintenance of roads, parking lots, trails, campgrounds, flood risk components, drainage structures, water/sewer/electrical utilities, grounds, facilities, assets, and shorelines.
