AMENDMENT 0002: The reason for this amendment is to clairfy that the proposal due date is 03-November-2023. All other terms and conditions remain the same. AMENDMENT 0001: The reason for this amendment is to provide Vendor Questions & Government Answers. The quote due date remains 2PM CST, November 3rd. All other terms & conditions remain the same. The Contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that sanitary conditions are maintained at Carlyle Lake fish cleaning station facilities and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance, including the removal and disposal of fish remains as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached.
