Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District and City of Belleville, Illinois is seeking a firm for to be complete construction of storm and sanitary sewers, detention basins, and related work in a mostly residential neighborhood. The work generally includes furnishing labor, materials, and equipment to build about 13,100 feet of 15-inch to 72-inch storm sewer, 2,000 feet of 12-inch and 18-inch sanitary sewer, 153 storm and sanitary structures, two detention ponds, and related work including tree removal, pavement removal, concrete and asphalt pavement patching, sidewalks and ADA ramps, pavement marking, fencing, site restoration, seeding, traffic control, and material testing. AMENDMENT 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for bids. The Government Answers to Contractor's Questions will be addressed in the next amendment. AMENDMENT 0003 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the bidder due date to 12 February 2024, and provide notice to interested vendors that the Government Answers to Contractor Questions will be posted with the next amendment, along with all related changes, more time for questions, and an extended bidder due date prior to 12 February 2024. AMENDMENT 0004 (5 files) - The purpose of this amendment is to provide Government responses to Bidder Inquiries/RFIs, incorporate revised specifications and drawings, and extend the Bid due date and Bid Opening to 08 March 2024.
