POINT OF CONTACT: Mary Ann Coventry, Contract Specialist, mary.a.coventry@usace.army.mil PROJECT INFORMATION The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Louis District, is seeking businesses that are interested in and capable of providing non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to operate, maintain, test, and repair a wastewater treatment plant, a wastewater land treatment facility, maintain and repair sewage lift stations and gravity collection systems; and sample potable water distribution systems, swimming beaches, and public use areas located on project public lands at Carlyle Lake, located in Clinton County, Illinois. This contract is anticipated to be a Firm-Fixed-Price Service Contract.
