The reason for the discrepancy between the SAM posting and the solicitation is that SAM would not allow the selection of NAICS 561720. The Contractor shall clean, service and maintain sanitary conditions for the following areas located at US Army Corps of Engineers – St. Louis District Locations: Rivers Project Office located at 301 Riverlands Way, West Alton, MO 63386; Riverlands Sanctuary Orientation Center located at 301 Riverlands Way, West Alton, MO 63386; National Great Rivers Museum located at #2 Lock and Dam Way, East Alton, IL 62024; Melvin Price Lock and Dam located at #1 Lock and Dam Way, East Alton, IL 62024; Piasa Access Area Comfort Station located 900’ South of the intersection of Hazelnut Ln. and Bluffline Rd., Godfrey, IL 62035; Lincoln Shields Comfort Station located 1.6 miles Northwest of the Rivers Project Office; Riverlands Way Comfort Station located 1 mile past Rivers Project, 301 Riverlands Way, West Alton, MO 63386; Illinois Esplanade Comfort Station and Pavilion located at #2 Lock and Dam Way, East Alton, IL 62024; Winfield Comfort Station located at #10 Sandy Slough, Winfield, MO 63389; Clarksville Comfort Station located at 350 N. 1st St., Clarksville, MO 63336. The contractor’s performance will be based on the Contracting Officer’s (KO) evaluation, Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) (Quality Assurance Personnel) and the results required by the Service Delivery Summary (SDS). The evaluation of results will be based on COR performance assessment, tenant satisfaction and customer complaints. Final results of the evaluations will be the determining factor for the success or failure of this contract. The contractor shall comply with applicable federal, regional, state, and local laws and commercial standards. The Contractor will be provided spaces in buildings to store materials and equipment; these areas will be clean, organized, and not inhibit movement to co-located equipment.
