CLERICAL ERROR ON AMENDMENT: Please see updated Attachment with estimated quantity for call order line item 0002a from 265 to 65. AMENDMENT The reason for this amendment is there were changes in the requirements for the original solicitation. The offer due date will be extended to 10AM CST, January 25th. Line Item 0001 has been deleted in its entirety including all Sub-CLINS (AA-AH). Please see Line Item 0002 along with the amended Bid Sheet and Statement of Work in this amendment for details. In addition, this amendment also includes an estimated call order to be issued shortly after the establishment of a blanket purchase agreement. All other terms & conditions remain the same. REQUEST FOR QUOTE This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-5. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562991, with a small business size standard of $8,000,000. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Lake Shelbyville Project Office, 1989 State Hwy 16, Shelbyville, IL, is seeking to purchase portable toilet (to include American Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant units when identified) and handwashing station rentals along with supporting delivery and cleaning service during the ordering period of this agreement.
