AMENDMENT #2: The reason for this amendment is to extend the quote due date to 10:00AM CST, Thursday, August 31, 2023. All other terms & conditions remain the same. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-04. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 335311, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Louis District, is seeking businesses to provide high and low voltage transformer bushings in addition to transformer instrumentation and monitoring equipment to Clarence Cannon Dam located on Mark Twain Lake in Monroe City, MO. The work shall consist of furnishing and delivering seven (7) total transformer bushings and transformer instrumentation and monitoring equipment for Clarence Cannon Dam, Monroe City, MO. Contractor shall supply 1 high-voltage neutral, 3 high voltage, and 3 low voltage transformer bushings. Bushings must be direct replacement for existing transformer bushings. Procurement shall also include purchase and delivery of Pressure Relief Device and Discharge Piping and optional instrumentation and monitoring equipment.
