CONSTRUCTION & MAINTENANCE OF RIVER STRUCTURES ON UPPER MISSISSIPPI RIVER MILES 300 - 0 AND ILLINOIS RIVER MILES 82 - 0 Invitation for Bid with Definitive Responsibility Criteria (which requires additional submittals). The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Louis District, has a requirement for construction services on the Mississippi River Miles 300 to 0 and Illinois River Miles 82 to 0. The Mississippi and Illinois Rivers are part of the commercial artery of waterborne transport system and an ecological benefit to our Nation. This construction contract supports these assets by constructing/maintaining/repairing river training structures to support a sustainable river navigation channel and constructs/enhances environmental features to mitigate any negative effects of our navigation construction. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) Construction contract with an ordering period of five years.
