This Sources Sought Synopsis is a market survey being conducted by the St. Louis District, Corps of Engineers to identify contractors with experience and qualifications to perform professional services for analysis of surface water, groundwater, soil, sediment, hazardous waste, solids and environmental samples. Responses should include a brief capability statement of no more than three pages indicating Environmental Lab experience. The environmental services efforts will include but not be limited to: • Providing coolers and meet USACE at locations identified by the COR for sample pickup • Complying with all holding times and methods as identified by US EPA-SW 846 • Performing analyses on samples in accordance with appropriate methods • Providing analytical results in form specified by the Government
