This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07, date 08-10-2022. The Lake Shelbyville Project Office is requesting quotes for purchasing a new Bobcat skid steer with attachments meeting the attached specifications. Price shall include dealer setup, installations of all options, and delivery to project site. All O&M manuals, training materials and warranty documents shall be receive at time of delivery. All specification shall be equal to a Bobcat Brand: T770 T4 Skid Steer, 84" C/I Heavy Duty Bucket. Machine will be factory equipped to operate Bobcat brand attachments Brand Name Only: Bobcat Brand Name quotes will be the only quotes considered for this solicitation.
