The purpose of this amendment is to provide the Contractor Questions & Government Answers. Quote due date has NOT been extended. Complete Items 8 & 15 in the Solicitation Amendment and return 1 copy with your quote submission. REQUEST FOR QUOTE The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, transportation and materials necessary to operate, inspect, test and maintain the wastewater system at Wappapello Lake to include the wastewater land application plant, sewer lift stations, drinking water chlorinator disinfection systems, pressure sewers, gravity sewers, beach water sampling and testing, potable water sampling and testing, land application plant required sampling and testing, and the unplugging of all fixtures and sewer lines at public use areas at Wappapello Lake in accordance with the work schedule and specifications contained herein.
