The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform refuse removal services at various locations around Wappapello Lake. The Contractor shall haul all refuse collected from dumpsters in an enclosed packer-type truck capable of properly servicing the dumpster units. The refuse collection equipment shall be designed so that no refuse or effluent can escape or leak from the unit. The equipment shall be kept free of odors. Refuse dumpster units shall be furnished by the Contractor and shall be 2-cubic yard capacity or 6-cubic yard capacity per container, in accordance with the schedule in this Performance Work Statement. Containers shall be of standard manufacturer’s design and in compliance with safety standards. Dumpsters with casters shall be securely anchored by the contractor. Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, and labor to anchor dumpsters. The contractor will establish a scheduled route, providing the order/time in which dumpsters will be routinely collected. The contractor will supply the COR with a copy of the approved route/schedule as part of their Quality Control Plan. The Contractor will be allowed to display safety or warning labels on dumpster containers such as “No Playing in or Around”, “No Hazardous Wastes,” or "No Dumping of Household Wastes.” Advertising will not be permitted on refuse dumpsters.
