Provider shall include technical support and software maintenance for Allen-Bradley and Rockwell Automation products used in the US Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District. Technical support shall be available 24/7 online and by telephone from 8-5 Monday-Friday. The technical support website shall provide a knowledge base, access to live chat support, and online case management. The latest software revisions shall be available for the products identified in this scope of work. The software updates shall be available online or on media by request. Support shall be available to any employee of the St. Louis District seeking assistance for any of the physical locations identified in the attaches Scope of Work
