This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.603 - Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items, FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR 13.303 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05, dated 03-07-2022. The requirement is for a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 562219. The size standard for this NAICS codes is $38.5M. Description: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, plant, equipment, material, supplies and labor required to perform inspections, operations, and maintenance services of the South Sandusky Wastewater Treatment Facility, all Wastewater Lift Stations, and all other Wastewater Systems, located on the Rend Lake Project, Franklin County, Illinois.
