The Contractor shall supply refuse dumpsters and remove refuse at all refuse dumpsters in accordance with specifications, drawings and schedules contained herein. The Contractor shall remove all refuse collected from Government property and properly dispose of materials in accordance with Federal, State, and local regulations and commercial standards.
